If your church teaches a long gift list and wants personality in the same report, that is the design you want. GiftWell asks about 60 statements about what has happened in the past year, across nine gifts, in about ten minutes on a phone with no account, app or email. The length is a choice backed by the literature: five well-written behaviour statements per gift separate a lead band from the rest, people answer "what happened" more honestly than "what I am like", and people finish ten-minute tests.
