# Plan and billing

> Free for 50 assessments a year, then $100 or $500 a year by church size. The year starts at your first real result, retakes are free, and a lapse does not lock you out.

## The plans

Every plan has every pastoral feature: people, ministries, placements, signals, resources, Planning Center, team roles, agents. Plans differ in how many first-time assessments you can take in a year and in two extras.

## How counting works

- Your **plan year** starts the day of your first real assessment, not the day you signed up. Demo and test results do not count.
- A **retake** by someone who already took it is free, always.
- **Imports** do not count.
- At **80%** a banner appears for admins and one email goes to the owner; at **100%** the same again. Nobody else sees it.
- Past the limit there is a **cushion**: members can still take the assessment and results are still saved. New results are held for your team's view until the plan is raised, and the member is never told anything is wrong.

## Paying

Paying is a Stripe payment link from this page; GiftWell never sees your card. A promo code box is on the same page. The receipt goes to the owner's email. Plans renew yearly and can be cancelled from the link in the receipt; the church drops to Free at the end of the year it paid for, with a 14-day grace period before the cushion rule applies.

## Who sees what

Only the owner sees this page and the emails about it. Admins see the 80% and 100% banners.
