# Your ministries (for leaders)

> What a leader sees: the ministries you lead, the people who could serve in them, your introductions and placements, and nothing else.

If you were added to the team as a **leader**, you were given one or more ministries. **My ministries** is your home.

## What is on it

- For each ministry you lead, the gifts it needs and the people who could serve there, with their lead gifts and whether they are free to serve.
- The introductions suggested for your ministries, to mark as made or not now.
- Your placements and the *did it take* check-ins that are due.
- The people whose follow-up was given to you, wherever they are.

## What you can do

Open any of those people, read their page, log a conversation, place them in a ministry you lead, and mark introductions. You cannot change settings, add ministries, invite team members or see billing; those belong to pastors, admins and the owner ([Team and roles](/docs/team-and-roles)).

## The digest

If a pastor adds you to the [weekly digest](/docs/weekly-digest), your section is first: the people waiting on you, and the check-ins due in your ministries.
