People tools for agents, growth areas, and Share GiftWell
In this release
- Person tools for AI agents
- Growth areas on the assessment
- Share GiftWell
Three things landed today. Each has its own documentation page; this note says what changed and why.
Person tools for AI agents
Until now an agent connected to your workspace could read results, ministries and signals, but could not touch a person. It can now find a person by name or email, add one who took the assessment elsewhere, log a conversation, add a timeline event, place someone in a ministry and assign their follow-up to a team member. Every one of those writes the same audit line a person on the team would, with the agent named.
Why: pastors kept asking an agent "who should I talk to this week?" and then switching to the workspace to do the thing it suggested. The round trip is gone.
Growth areas on the assessment
The assessment now ends with one question: Where would you like to grow? The person picks up to three areas. Their answer shows on their result, on their page in People, and in the weekly digest when their follow-up is due.
Why: a gift tells you what someone could do; a growth area tells you what they want. A placement that matches both takes.
Share GiftWell
Every church has a share link in Settings → Share GiftWell. When another church signs up on it and pays for a year, you receive a fifth of their first year, either as credit on your own plan or paid to you. The terms are on the page, and in Share GiftWell.
Why: nearly every church on GiftWell heard about it from another pastor. This says thank you in a way that costs the new church nothing.
