  • Where you're starting
  • Suggested starts
  • Hand off to Planning Center

Your pathway is no longer three fixed tracks. Add the ones your church actually runs, each with its own stages, and everyone has a place on each.

Any track, its own stages

Add a track such as Sent or Marriage under Settings → Pathway setup: up to six tracks, each with up to eight stages. Tracks and the Overview switch between them, and people sheets get one stage column per track.

Steps that tick themselves

A step can count something real: one assessment, a book or class from Resources, a ministry, a role, or something in Planning Center, such as a group, a list, a workflow, a form, a Check-Ins event, a signup or a team. Staff tick a step nothing can see. When someone has done every step of their stage, their page says Ready to move. Nobody moves until staff press it.

Where people are starting

In My GiftWell, Where you're starting asks people which steps they've already done on the tracks they haven't started. Their page suggests a start, and Tracks → Suggested starts lets you confirm one at a time or many at once.

Hand off to Planning Center

Moving someone to a stage can open a card in a Planning Center workflow, and GiftWell can write Stage and Ready for to the fields your list automations read. GiftWell sends the person nothing.
