The Overview now reads everything GiftWell knows, and Planning Center when it is connected, and puts it in one order: a few sentences, three questions, the numbers that matter, then the detail.
The brief and three questions
A few plain sentences about the week, written from your data by fixed rules, not by AI. Then Who needs me?, Where are we stuck? and What is God stirring?, each with the people behind it.
Vital signs
Up to nine readings, each against a normal range: arrivals, how fast people are seen, who is connected, who is still serving, who is drifting, who is carrying a lot, groups that multiplied, and who moved stage. The ones out of range come first.
Whole church
One dot for each person on your pathway's rings. Filter by age, gender or time in church, and open any dot to see who it is.
Where people want to grow, and groups to launch
Each growth area and each Spirit gift people are hungry for, against the classes, events, groups and reading you offer, marked Gap, Stretched or Offered. With Planning Center connected, Groups to launch shows who an open group already fits, and the life stages and towns where nothing fits. Each person's page lists the groups that fit them.
Drifting and carrying a lot
GiftWell flags people who have gone quiet with nothing holding them, and people serving in three or more places. Each flag goes to the person who follows up with them.
Results on each person
Assessments now live on each person's page in People. A result with no email is its own row, and Took filters by assessment.
