Insights
The charts on the Overview: how your church's gifts are shifting, how Ephesians 4 leanings fall, how teams line up with arrivals, and how you compare with other churches.
For: Everyone on the team

The Insights panel on the Overview has four tabs. Each is one chart with a sentence under it saying what it means.
Shifting
Which gifts are arriving more often this quarter than last, and which less. A rising Mercy count says something about who your church is drawing; a falling Leading count is worth a conversation.
Ephesians 4
How the people who took the assessment lean across apostle, prophet, evangelist, shepherd and teacher. Most churches are heavy on shepherds and teachers; seeing the numbers is the first step to noticing you have no evangelists.
Teams
Your serving teams against the gifts in the lead bands arriving. A team that needs Administration when nobody with Administration has walked in for six months is a team to recruit for differently, or to rethink.
Across churches
If your church chose to join it in Settings, how your mix of gifts compares with other churches that joined, as percentages, never counts. GiftWell contributes only the band names, never scores or words, and only when your church has enough results that nobody could be inferred.
Small numbers
Any slice with fewer than a handful of people is hidden rather than drawn. This is the same rule as everywhere else in GiftWell: a chart should never be a way to work out who said what.
Who sees what
Everyone on the team sees Insights. Viewers, who exist precisely for this, see the charts and nothing with a name on it.
Try it on your own church
