Where we need people
Every ministry against the gifts arriving at your church, so you can see which needs are covered, which are thin, and who could fill them.

Reading it
One row per ministry. For each gift it needs, how many people at your church could serve: they have that gift in their lead band, they shared their result with the pastoral team, they are free to serve right now, and they are not held back for age. A ministry whose needs have nobody behind them is marked as a gap. A ministry with plenty is marked as covered.
Open a row for the names, their other lead gifts, and a one-click path to an introduction or a placement.
What counts
The rule is deliberately strict. Someone who has the gift but said their life does not allow serving right now is not counted, because a list that includes them is a list that gets ignored. Someone who did not share their result is not counted, because you could not contact them anyway. Retake the assessment, or update availability from the person's page, and the count changes.
Who sees what
Pastors, admins and the owner see names. Leaders see names for the ministries they lead and counts for the rest. Viewers see counts only, and a count under three is shown as fewer than 3 so nobody can be picked out.
